Official COP31
Stand Builder
Evreka Stand is an officially accredited exhibition stand builder for COP31 Antalya 2026 — the same team that delivered 1,200+ sqm of pavilion space at COP29 Baku.
What Is COP31 Antalya?
COP31 — the 31st Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC — will be held in Antalya, Turkey in 2026. It is the world's largest annual climate negotiation summit, bringing together government delegations from nearly 200 countries, international organisations, NGOs, civil society groups, and the private sector. Attendance typically exceeds 40,000 participants across two weeks.
The event is hosted across two zones: the Blue Zone, managed directly by the UNFCCC and reserved for official country delegations, UN agencies, and accredited observer organisations; and the Green Zone, which is open to a broader range of civil society, corporate, and cultural exhibitors. Both zones require accredited contractors for stand construction and fit-out.
For Turkey, hosting COP31 in Antalya is a landmark moment — and for exhibitors, it represents an unparalleled opportunity to reach global decision-makers, climate finance leaders, and sustainability-focused media in a single venue. Demand for pavilion space at COP31 is expected to exceed any previous COP, given Turkey's strategic position bridging Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
Our COP29 Track Record
At COP29 Baku (November 2024), Evreka Stand was one of the principal stand contractors operating inside the Baku Olympic Stadium venue. We completed over 1,200 sqm of pavilion installations across multiple clients in both the Blue and Green Zones. Our COP29 projects included:
This hands-on COP experience means we understand UNFCCC contractor accreditation requirements, venue logistics, curfew schedules for build-up and breakdown, and the sustainability compliance documentation required for material approval — knowledge that is nearly impossible to acquire without having operated at a COP event.

Sustainable Design Requirements
All construction at COP venues must meet UNFCCC sustainability standards. Evreka Stand's design-and-build process is engineered around these requirements from day one — not retrofitted at the end. Our standard COP compliance approach includes:
COP31 Project Timeline
COP31 pavilion projects follow a tighter timeline than a standard trade show build due to UNFCCC design approval rounds. Here is the typical schedule from brief to completion:
Initial requirements gathering, zone allocation confirmation, and concept design presentation.
Finalised drawings and material schedules submitted to UNFCCC secretariat for approval — typically a 3–6 week review period.
Production drawings issued, materials ordered, fabrication begins at our Istanbul workshop.
Stand components shipped to Antalya venue with full customs and import documentation managed by Evreka.
Full installation team on-site. We manage all venue liaison, contractor accreditation, and health & safety documentation.
On-site project manager available throughout the event. Full strike team for breakdown and logistics within the UNFCCC curfew schedule.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Evreka Stand an official COP31 Antalya exhibition stand builder?
Yes. Evreka Stand is an officially registered exhibition stand builder for COP31 Antalya 2026. We are one of a limited number of accredited contractors permitted to design and build pavilions within the Blue Zone and Green Zone of the COP31 venue. Our accreditation was secured on the basis of our COP29 Baku portfolio, where we delivered over 1,200 sqm of pavilion space across multiple clients.
What types of pavilions can Evreka Stand build at COP31?
We build country pavilions for national delegations, NGO and civil society pavilions, corporate sustainability pavilions, side event spaces, and networking lounges. Each pavilion type has specific UNFCCC layout and material compliance requirements that our team is fully familiar with from COP29.
What were Evreka Stand's COP29 Baku projects?
At COP29 Baku, Evreka Stand built the Youth House pavilion, the Aperson pavilion, the Sea Breeze pavilion, the Silk Way Airlines pavilion, and the Total Energies pavilion — totalling over 1,200 sqm of completed installation across the Blue and Green Zones of the Baku Olympic Stadium venue.
When should we start planning our COP31 pavilion?
We recommend beginning no later than 4–5 months before the event start date. Design approval from the UNFCCC secretariat typically takes 3–6 weeks, and production lead time for a custom country pavilion is 6–10 weeks. Early planning also ensures availability of our production crew and preferred materials.
Does Evreka Stand handle sustainable design requirements for COP pavilions?
Yes. COP pavilions are subject to strict sustainability criteria including low-VOC materials, recyclable or reusable construction systems, LED-only lighting, and minimal single-use plastics. Evreka Stand's design process is built around these standards — we use modular aluminium framing, FSC-certified wood elements, and recycled fabric graphics to meet UNFCCC guidelines.
